Senior Agency Manager

As a part of this role, you will be responsible for strengthening operational delivery to maximize Agency business and customer acquisition. Your primary focus will be on delivering growth through revenue retention and generation initiatives. Collaborating closely with the Branch Operations Team, you will work towards generating customer leads and achieving targets efficiently. You will be expected to drive new initiatives by leveraging the existing customer base and exploring untapped markets to bring in new sales. It will be essential to manage customer parameters, particularly persistency for sales, and ensure the product mix aligns with the agreed-upon strategies. In addition, tracking competition on products, structures, and initiatives will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Compliance with the guidelines set by the Compliance Team is crucial to maintain operational integrity. Building sustainable relationships and trust with existing customers through open and interactive communication will be a pivotal part of your daily tasks. Understanding clients" specific needs and financial situations by scheduling fact-finding appointments and assessing their current coverage and investments will also be required. Executing segmented product-based campaigns, following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, as well as maintaining records of field sales calls and home visits are integral parts of this role. Applying appropriate solutions and up-selling methods to meet customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-ups and query resolutions will be essential.
