Job Description:

Molecules Analytical Lab Solutions is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to oversee the end-to-end finance and accounting function of the organization. This role is integral to ensuring compliance, financial integrity, and strategic financial management for the company’s growth.

The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, tax compliances, statutory reporting, payroll management, financial planning, stock and expense monitoring, and fund-raising through financial institutions. The position demands strong analytical ability, advanced knowledge of accounting principles, statutory frameworks, and the capability to present financial insights directly to the leadership team for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire accounting lifecycle of the company, including preparation and maintenance of books of accounts.

• Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax returns in line with applicable statutory deadlines.

• Coordinate and liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth completion of financial audits.

• Prepare and issue monthly payroll sheets, salary slips, and manage salary revisions/enhancements in coordination with leadership.

• Develop and maintain monthly P&L statements, cash flow forecasts, expense reports, payables & receivables aging reports, and stock statements.

• Handle fund-raising activities from banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions, including preparation of CMA data, project reports, and compliance documentation for term loans, working capital limits, and credit lines.

• Monitor and control working capital requirements, ensuring optimization of accounts receivable and payable cycles.

• Conduct regular financial performance reviews, cost-benefit analyses, and variance analysis against budgeted vs. actual performance.

• Present monthly management information system (MIS) reports and financial dashboards to the senior leadership for strategic business decisions.

• Safeguard company assets through robust internal financial controls and ensure adherence to all statutory compliance requirements.

• Provide insights and recommendations for improving financial efficiency, governance, and profitability of the organization.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com with proven experience in corporate accounting and financial management.

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in the laboratory/chemical/analytical services or manufacturing sector.

• Must have strong command over SAP-B1 & Tally, or other ERP-based accounting platforms, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial modelling.

• In-depth understanding of Indian taxation laws, GST framework, Income Tax Act, companies act & compliance reporting.

• Demonstrated ability in preparing CMA data, financial ratios analysis, and securing institutional funding.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear and actionable format to the leadership team.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
