Job Title: Senior Account Executive

Location: Rohtak, Haryana

Department: Accounts & Finance

Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Finance Manager

Job Description

The Senior Account Executive will play a key role in managing the daily accounting operations of the manufacturing unit. The position involves handling financial transactions, maintaining accurate books of accounts, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and providing valuable financial insights to management. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical abilities, a good understanding of manufacturing cost structures, and the capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records in ERP (Tally/SAP).
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.

2. Manufacturing Costing & Inventory

  • Work on product costing, BOM verification, and cost variance analysis.
  • Monitor and reconcile raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory.
  • Coordinate with production and stores teams for stock audits and material movement.

3. GST & Tax Compliance

  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with TDS, advance tax, and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and assessments.

4. Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Prepare MIS reports, expense analysis, and cost control statements.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Provide financial data and insights to support management decisions.

5. Audit & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
  • Ensure timely completion of audits with the required documentation.
  • Strengthen internal financial controls and support process improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 3–6 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
  • Experience using Busy , ERP systems such as Tally ERP9/Prime or SAP.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
