Designation: Senior Executive (Accounts)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, general ledger management, and finalization support.
Handle comprehensive reconciliation activities: bank reconciliation, vendor/customer reconciliation, inter-company reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
Manage all TDS-related compliance including deduction, challan preparation, return filing, and quarterly reconciliation.
Ensure accurate GST computation, input/output GST reconciliation, monthly GST return filing,and compliance with latest GST regulations.
Review accounts payable and receivable entries, verify invoices, and ensure timely payments/receipts.
Prepare MIS reports, aging reports, cash flow statements, and assist in monthly closing & financial reporting.
Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and auditors for timely completion of accounting & statutory audits.
Maintain accurate documentation, records, and ensure adherence to accounting standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or related qualification.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, TDS, GST, and statutory compliances as required.
