Qualification:

CA-Inter or CMA Inter(mandatory) + B.Com

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive with strong expertise in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and statutory compliances. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining statutory compliance across multiple states in India.

Key Responsibilities

Daily verification and recording of all revenue and expenditure in accounting software
Manage full accounting cycle including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
Prepare and reconcile customer and vendor balances
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and financial reporting
Handle payroll accounting and ensure timely compliance with statutory obligations including EPF, ESI, and Professional Tax (PT) across states
Manage GST compliance, including e-invoicing, monthly/annual return filing, and reconciliation
Ensure compliance with export sales service invoicing and forex banking regulations
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and other departments for financial clarifications
Maintain proper documentation and support for all accounting transactions
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new accounting software
