Job Profile: Senior Accountant & Office Controller Position Overview We are seeking a highly capable and self-driven Senior Accountant for our Textile Mill to take full ownership of day-to-day office operations, financial accounting, legal compliance, and MIS reporting. Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting & Financial Management Maintain accurate books of accounts using, Cloud based ERP Software (Hard & Soft) Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow Monitor budgets and assist in financial forecasting 2. Office Administration Oversee day-to-day office operations including vendor coordination, procurement, and staff support Implement and maintain internal controls and office protocols Supervise junior staff and ensure smooth workflow across departments 3. Legal & Statutory Compliance Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory returns 4. Management Information System (MIS) Design and maintain MIS reports for management review Analyze financial and operational data to support strategic decisions Desired Skills & Competencies Strong command of accounting principles and statutory laws Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Effective communication and leadership qualities Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance (preferred but not mandatory) Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience in a similar role 💼 Reporting To Managing Director / CFO / Senior Management 🕒 Work Schedule Full-time, Monday to Saturday Location: [Sachin, Surat]
