Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Account Receivable Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Senior Account Receivable Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate billing, payment processing, and collections. Daily tasks include monitoring account balances, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and coordinating with clients and internal teams to resolve discrepancies. The role requires maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

Proficiency in managing accounts receivable processes, including billing, payment processing, and collections.
Strong skills in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and data entry.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills for monitoring account balances and resolving discrepancies.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an on-site environment.
Experience with accounting software and familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards are preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
