Senior Account Receivable Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accounts Receivable Executive to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone with foundational accounting knowledge who is eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support the AR function by managing customer invoicing, tracking payments, and ensuring timely collections.

Key Responsibilities Read and interpret the contacts. Create Sales orders. Generate and send accurate customer invoices in a timely manner. Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments. Maintain up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies. Assist in preparing AR aging reports and collection forecasts. Communicate professionally with clients regarding billing inquiries. Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to AR. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service) to resolve billing issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications & Skills Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance. 5-8 years of experience in accounts receivable. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of integrity and professionalism.
