Senior Account Manager

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented *Senior Accounts Executive* to manage key financial operations, including coordinating with banks, handling debtors and creditors, supervising accounting functions, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills to guide junior staff and effectively communicate with management, customers, and suppliers.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Bank Coordination:* Liaise with banks to fulfill their requirements related to financial transactions, loans, and compliance.

- *Customer & Supplier Communication:* Maintain professional communication with customers and suppliers regarding payments, invoices, and financial queries.

- *Debtors & Creditors Management:* Monitor and update debtor and creditor accounts on a daily basis.

- *Daily Reporting:* Provide financial updates and reports to management regularly.

- *Audit & Compliance:* Coordinate with Chartered Accountants (CAs) for audits, including tax audits, statutory compliance, and responding to government notices.

- *Accounting Supervision:* Oversee and manage the company's accounting operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- *Junior Staff Supervision:* Guide and support junior accountants in their day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth operations.

- *Payroll & Salary Processing:* Prepare payroll, process salary payments, and ensure timely disbursement.

- *Online Payments:* Handle digital transactions and online payments for business expenses.

- *Cash Flow Management:* Follow up with management for cash requirements and optimize cash flow management.

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- years of experience in accounting, financial management, or a similar role.

- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally or similar).

- Strong knowledge of financial compliance, tax regulations, and audits.

- Leadership skills to supervise and guide junior accounting staff.

- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
