Senior Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage key accounting tasks, including invoice issuance, quotation preparation, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST regulations and be capable of handling day-to-day accounting responsibilities while reporting to senior management regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Issuance: Generate and manage invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Quotation Preparation: Prepare quotations as per client requirements and company pricing policies.
• GST Knowledge: Ensure compliance with GST regulations, filing, and related tax documentation.
• Documentation: Maintain organized financial records, invoices, quotations, and compliance documents.
• Day-to-Day Accounting: Handle bookkeeping, record transactions, and reconcile accounts.
• Reporting: Provide daily financial updates and reports to senior management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally or similar).

- Strong understanding of GST and other tax regulations.

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- Good communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
