Job Description

Overview:

The Senior Account Executive will manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations for the business. The role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and timely closures while acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders.

This position requires strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities including GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
  • Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
  • Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with

    Ind AS / Indian GAAP

  • Ensure compliance with

    GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax, PF, ESI

    , and other statutory requirements
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
  • Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and management dashboards
  • Review work of junior accountants and provide guidance and training
  • Maintain proper documentation, schedules, and internal controls
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Address accounting and finance queries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Exports and Imports knowledge necessary
  • Bank Coordination, FIRC, EBRC, etc knowledge necessary
  • Monthly bank & stock reconciliation.
  • All payment and receipt entries-Cash and Bank.
  • To review all closing entries in system before preparing the Financials on monthly basis.
  • Data preparation for the stock audit and statutory audit purpose.
  • Entire knowledge & able to handle all the Compliance activities - GST / TDS / PF / Banking Matter / Audit, etc.
  • Vendor and Customer balance reconciliation.
  • Preparing of Financial Statement.
  • Preparation of reports related to accounts department as per management requirement.
  • Documentation specialist, supporting export import activities
  • Oversees preparation of commercial documents,
  • Pre-Shipment/Post-Shipment documentation.
  • Generating Proforma and invoicing.

  • Excellent English communication should be strong.
