Job Description

Prepare accurate and competitive quotations as per customer requirements.
Draft professional emails for inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order confirmations.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and pending documents.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support and information.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, dispatch, purchase) for order processing.
Maintain and update customer data, quotation records, and sales reports (MIS).
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/pricing.
Assist in negotiation and finalization of orders.
Handle after-sales support and resolve customer issues promptly.
Track market trends, competitor pricing, and new business opportunities.
Ensure timely delivery follow-up and coordination with the logistics/dispatch team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
