About the Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will be one of the key faces of our hospital in the community. Your role goes beyond sales—you will help connect patients, doctors, corporates, and partners with the right healthcare services at the right time.
We are looking for someone who believes in building relationships with empathy, trust, and long-term value.

What You Will Do:
Represent the hospital with professionalism, care, and confidenceBuild and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, insurance companies, and TPAs.
Promote hospital services, specialties, preventive health packages, and wellness programs.
Generate patient referrals through regular field visits and follow-ups.
Understand patient needs and guide them toward appropriate hospital services
Support health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach activitiesCoordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.Share market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback with management.Maintain daily visit reports and sales records honestly and accurately.

Who We Are Looking For:
A graduate (MBA/Healthcare Management preferred but not mandatory).
3–6 years of experience in hospital or healthcare sales
Someone who communicates clearly, listens patiently, and builds trust naturallyA self-motivated professional who can work independently while being a team player
