Senior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage accounts payable and receivables with high accuracy. Update and maintain accounting software for all financial transactions. Maintain detailed books of accounts, ledgers, and balance sheets. Prepare comprehensive accounts statements and financial reports. Develop and maintain profit and loss statements. Handle bank reconciliation, statutory payments, and process various payments (salary, incentives, cash) Coordinate effectively with sales and CRM departments for outstanding payments, recovery, and balance cancellation processes. Execute and deliver tasks as assigned by management. Manage budget allocation, fund flow, and conduct cost analysis. Maintain and update Management Information System (MIS). Prepare and present monthly financial reports. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred. Professional qualification (CA Inter/CMA/M.Com) preferred. 3+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
