Senior Account Manager

Flychem Private Limited, a leading B2B provider of specialty cosmetic ingredients recognized for innovation, quality, and sustainability, is seeking a Senior Account Manager. The role involves managing the company’s complete financial operations and accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with strong expertise in Tally ERP and familiarity with modern financial tools. Exceptional analytical skills and proven managerial capabilities are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including invoicing, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
• Conduct periodic financial audits, review processes, and ensure timely reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Handle coordination with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead a team of accountants and finance associates, providing mentorship and training.
• Optimize the usage of Tally ERP and integrate other financial management tools effectively.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights that support strategic business decisions.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• MBA in Finance preferred; Bachelor’s in Commerce mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with additional accounting software/tools.
• Strong knowledge of taxation and compliance (GST, Income Tax, TDS).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven managerial experience with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
