Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping Day-to-day entries in Tally/ERP (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Payments, Receipts)। Vendor & Customer Ledger reconciliation। Petty cash handling और bank reconciliation statements। Taxation & Compliance GST, TDS, PF, ESI की return filing में सहायता। Invoices, E-way bills, Debit/Credit notes prepare करना। Statutory compliance (Income Tax, ROC support) ensure करना। Reporting Monthly P&L, Balance Sheet & MIS Reports तैयार करना। Management को accounts related analysis देना। Audit support (Internal & Statutory)। Payroll Coordination Attendance data verify करना। Salary statement preparation और statutory deductions ensure करना। Coordination Banks, vendors, CA firm और internal departments के साथ coordination। Payments follow-up और accounts clarification। ✅ Desired Candidate ProfileQualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) Experience: 1–3 years (Rooftop/EPC/Manufacturing background preferred) Skills: Tally Prime / Busy / Zoho Books का ज्ञान। MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)। GST, TDS, PF/ESI basics। Language: Hindi + English
