Job Title: Senior Executive – Accounts
Location: Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime, including trial balance, profit & loss, and other reports.
Manage accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.
File GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9) and reconcile input tax credits.
Handle TDS calculation, deduction, filing, and issuance of certificates.
Ensure PF, ESI, and LWF compliance and monthly submissions.
Prepare MIS reports, variance analyses, and budget tracking.
Create dashboards in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint.
Coordinate with auditors and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Supervise and guide junior accounting staff.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
4–6 years of experience in accounting & finance.
3–5 years of hands-on Tally ERP experience.
Strong GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and LWF compliance knowledge.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
Experience in manufacturing/trading environments preferred.
Familiarity with labour laws, income tax, and company law basics.
Good communication and time management skills.
CA Inter / CMA Inter or Diploma in Taxation is an advantage.
Exposure to ERP systems beyond Tally and internal audits is a plus.
