Accounts Manager – DENMONK

DENMONK, a leading sportswear brand, is looking for an Accounts Manager to join our Accounts & Finance team. This role requires expertise in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, GST compliance, TDS management, e-invoicing, PF/ESIC, and advanced Excel. The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, ensure accurate bookkeeping, and maintain compliance with tax and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, including sales, purchases, reconciliations, and statutory compliance in Tally Prime & Zoho Books.

• GST & TDS Compliance: Handle GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B filings, TDS deductions, deposits, and returns.

• PF & ESIC Compliance: Ensure timely calculation, deduction, and payment of PF/ESIC as per labor laws.

• E-Invoicing: Generate and manage e-invoices as per government regulations.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Trading Account statements for management review.

• Advanced Excel & Data Analysis: Utilize pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling for reports and decision-making.

• Reconciliations & Audits: Conduct ledger, bank, GST reconciliations and assist in internal & external audits.

• Tax & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Indian tax laws, PF/ESIC regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.

• Vendor & Expense Management: Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and expense tracking.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in accounting and financial management.

• Proficiency in Tally Prime & Zoho Books. 

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, e-invoicing, PF/ESIC compliance.

• Expertise in P&L, Balance Sheet, and Trading Account preparation.

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).

• Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
