Role Description

Senior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses, payments, receipts, etc.).
• Handle

  Accounts Payable and Receivable

  , including vendor and customer reconciliation.
• Prepare and review

  monthly financial statements

  , ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage

  GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory compliance

  , ensuring timely filing of returns.
• Assist in

  finalization of accounts

  , audits, and coordination with internal/external auditors.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Liaise with banks for payments, fund management, and related documentation.
• Ensure adherence to company accounting policies and internal controls.
• Generate MIS reports and financial summaries for management review.

Qualifications

• Education:

  B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

• Experience:

  Minimum

  4–6 years

  of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing setup.

• Software Skills:

  Proficiency in

  Tally ERP / SAP / Excel

  and accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of

  GST, TDS, Income Tax

  , and other statutory requirements.
• Good analytical, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy.
