Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic SEO Team Lead to head our SEO function. You will be responsible for leading a team of SEO specialists, developing and executing SEO strategies that drive measurable growth in organic visibility, traffic, and conversions for our clients. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO executives and specialists. Create and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to client goals and industries. Conduct detailed SEO audits, competitive analysis, and keyword research. Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs in coordination with content teams. Ensure best-in-class on-page and off-page SEO practices. Monitor SEO performance and deliver monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes. Collaborate with design, content, development, and paid media teams for integrated campaign execution. Coordinate with clients, understand their business needs, and communicate strategies and performance effectively. Key Requirements 4+ years of SEO experience, with at least 1-2 years in a lead/managerial role. Proven track record of successful SEO campaigns (case studies or results preferred). Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. Strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, link building strategies, and site architecture. Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
