We’re seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience in optimizing websites, improving organic visibility, and driving measurable traffic growth. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative — someone who understands SEO strategy, content optimization, keyword research, and technical SEO best practices.


You’ll collaborate closely with content, marketing, and development teams to execute end-to-end SEO initiatives that strengthen our digital presence and support business growth.


Responsibilities


  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to identify growth opportunities.
  • Plan and execute on-page optimization strategies (meta tags, headings, internal linking, content structure, schema markup, etc.).
  • Implement and manage off-page SEO campaigns, including backlink acquisition, outreach, and link-building strategies.
  • Collaborate with content writers to optimize blogs, landing pages, and web content for both search intent and user experience.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Optimize website structure and navigation to improve crawlability and indexation.
  • Work with developers to address technical SEO issues such as page speed, mobile responsiveness, and site architecture.
  • Track, report, and present SEO performance, rankings, and ROI improvements to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with search engine algorithms, SEO trends, and emerging digital marketing practices.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional SEO experience

    (agency or in-house).
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as

    Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or Ubersuggest

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

    .
  • Basic knowledge of

    HTML, CSS, and website CMS (WordPress, Shopify, or similar)

    .
  • Familiarity with

    Google Ads and social media marketing

    is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and analytical skills.
