Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Search Engine Optimization Manager to join our team at PROHED in Gurgaon. This full-time position requires a professional with a strong understanding of digital marketing dynamics to develop and implement effective SEO strategies that align with our client's business goals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in improving organic search results, managing technical aspects of SEO, and optimizing online content to ensure high visibility and engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have experience in conducting thorough keyword research to guide content strategy and increase search engine ranking (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in technical SEO practices, including website audits and implementing changes to improve website speed and performance (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in on-page SEO techniques such as meta tags, header tags, keyword placement, and URL structures to enhance site architecture (Mandatory skill).
• Solid understanding of SEO strategies including link building, content marketing, and analytics to improve website traffic and visibility.
• Experience with on-page optimization and familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software tools.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve SEO performance and achieve target objectives.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate SEO strategies to clients and team members effectively.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple SEO projects efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to client needs and business objectives.
• Conduct website audits to identify and resolve all technical SEO issues affecting online presence and website performance.
• Lead keyword research and analysis efforts to identify new opportunities and optimize existing content for improved rankings.
• Manage on-page optimization efforts including content creation, meta tag adjustments, and improving site structure.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are consistently followed across all digital channels.
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives to measure SEO performance and ROI.
• Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging SEO techniques to maintain competitive advantage.
• Prepare monthly reports to communicate SEO progress and engage with clients to discuss opportunities and recommendations.
