Search Engine Optimization Manager

As a performance-driven SEO leader with 6-8 years of experience, you will be responsible for scaling organic traffic across large websites containing 50,000+ pages. Utilizing your expertise in high-growth B2C industries such as travel, insurance, e-commerce, or edtech, you will leverage AI tools for smarter SEO strategies, turning SEO into a lead-generation engine. Your main responsibilities will include leading end-to-end SEO strategy encompassing technical, on-page, and off-page initiatives. You will utilize AI-powered tools like Surfer, Jasper, ChatGPT, Clearscope to enhance content, automate audits, and optimize workflows. Managing SEO operations for a large number of indexed pages, your focus will be on quality traffic, search visibility, and conversion. Additionally, you will oversee a small team of up to 5 SEO specialists, providing mentorship and guidance. In this role, you will identify and address technical SEO issues such as crawling, indexing, site speed, and structured data. Collaborating closely with content, tech, design, and marketing teams, you will ensure SEO is integrated into every part of the funnel. Monitoring keyword trends, algorithm updates, and competitor performance, you will continuously adjust your strategy to maximize results. Furthermore, you will translate SEO performance into actionable insights using tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Looker Studio. To excel in this role, you should possess 6-8 years of solid SEO experience, preferably in B2C-focused companies. Demonstrated success in managing SEO for large-scale websites with tens of thousands of pages is essential. Strong familiarity with AI-based SEO tools and automation workflows is required, along with expertise in technical SEO, site architecture, schema markup, and mobile-first optimization. Strong analytical skills are crucial for identifying patterns, measuring performance, and making data-backed decisions. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, and marketing teams, coupled with excellent communication and leadership skills, will be key to your success.
