Job Title: SEO Manager

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement SEO strategies for multiple client accounts to improve search rankings and visibility.

● Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities across websites, digital campaigns, and

content platforms.

● Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search

Console, Ahrefs, and Semrush.

● Collaborate with content, creative, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are

applied.

● Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to strengthen client SEO performance.

● Mentor and guide junior SEO executives, ensuring high-quality output and consistent execution.

● Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates, trends, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

● 4–8years of SEO or digital marketing experience, preferably in an advertising or creative agency.

● Strong knowledge of SEO tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs).

● Experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO for multiple client accounts.

● Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS.

● Proven ability to develop SEO strategies that drive traffic and improve rankings.

● Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

● Experience mentoring or managing junior SEO team members.
