Job Title: Senior Social Media Executive Location: Amanora Park Town, Pune Employment Type: Full-time, WFO Relevant Experience: 4+ years Salary: ₹45K – ₹50K pm Job Summary We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Social Media Executive who will be responsible for managing the digital presence and creating brand awareness for our clients. Your primary focus will be to build and engage communities on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will work closely with our clients, strategize social media campaigns, generate creative ideas, write compelling copy and collaborate with designers to produce visually appealing video and image content. Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement for our clients. Create and implement effective social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others as required. Manage social media accounts for clients, including content creation, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring. Generate engaging and persuasive copy for social media posts, ads, and other promotional materials. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and impactful video and image creatives for social media channels. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community growth and interaction. Analyze and report on social media metrics, track campaign performance, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients. Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to drive results. Requirements Master’s/ Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, only in a digital marketing agency. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including branding, content marketing, and community management. Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content scheduling platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights. Experience with video and image editing tools is a plus. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and industry developments Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing a team of Social Media specialists.
