• Technology Visionary:

  Stay ahead of emerging tech trends. Align technology with business goals.

• Strategic Decision-Maker:

  Choose the right tools, frameworks, and platforms for long-term impact.

• Project Management Maverick:

  Oversee development timelines, budgets and delivery quality. Track KPIs.

• Cybersecurity Custodian:

  Ensure secure software architecture, infrastructure and data practices.

• Vendor Management:

  Select, manage and negotiate with tech partners and vendors.

• Team Builder:

  Hire, mentor and lead high-performing tech teams.

• Communicator:

  Work closely with business heads, product owners and clients. Make tech easy to understand.

• Process Architect:

  Set coding standards, best practices, and development protocols.

• R&D Champion:

  Encourage innovation. Invest time and resources into learning and experimenting.

• Culture Builder:

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Strong programming background in multiple languages (preferred:

  Python, Node.js, Java, PHP, Kotlin, Swift

  ).
• Deep understanding of

  software architecture

  – monolithic, microservices, serverless, API-first, etc.
• Hands-on experience with

  web and mobile app development

  frameworks.
• Knowledge of

  UI/UX principles

  and design thinking.
• Exposure to

  AI/ML tools
