Job Title : Graphic Designer Exp : 2-4yrs Location : Hadapsar Pune Job Summary: We seek a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and be passionate about creating compelling visual content across digital platforms. You'll collaborate with marketers, content creators, and web developers to produce visuals that drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: Create eye-catching designs for digital campaigns, including social media posts, banners, ads, infographics, and email marketing templates. Design visual assets for websites, landing pages, and blogs. Work with the content and strategy teams to translate concepts into visually engaging deliverables. Develop branding materials such as logos, brand guidelines, and visual identities. Edit and retouch images, ensuring consistent quality and alignment with brand tone. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing. Adapt designs for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Collaborate with video editors to design thumbnails, animations, or overlays when needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus). Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, Sketch, or similar. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Familiarity with digital marketing trends and social media platforms. Strong communication and time-management skills.
