Key Responsibilities

• Lead SEO strategy development and tactical execution for diverse client portfolios.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing SEO team to ensure consistent client success.
• Keep pace with ever-evolving search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research (head, tail, user intent).
• Audit websites for technical structure, on-page elements, and indexing issues.
• Drive on-page SEO through strategic content development and keyword optimization.
• Plan and execute link-building campaigns, including viral and buzz-oriented efforts.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and App Store Optimization (ASO) insights.
• Collaborate closely with creative, content, and development teams to ensure SEO-friendly website builds.
• Deliver insightful reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to clients regularly.

What We’re Looking For

• 5 to 7 years of hands-on SEO experience in an agency or high-performance digital team.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client-facing engagements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong grasp of Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media impact.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks with a positive and professional attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
