Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to lead the company’s search engine optimization strategy across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving organic visibility, driving website traffic, boosting keyword rankings, and strengthening the overall digital presence of Bharat Agrolink. This role requires strong technical SEO expertise, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to align SEO strategies with business goals in the agriculture sector.


Responsibilities :


1.Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to enhance organic traffic and improve search rankings.

2 Perform detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluation.

3 Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, URLs, internal linking, and content structure.

4 Oversee technical SEO elements such as site audits, crawl issues, indexing, and site performance.

5 Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.

6 Track, measure, and report performance of SEO campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.

7 Identify opportunities for content optimization and improvement.

8 Manage link-building strategies and monitor backlink profiles.

9 Stay updated with the latest industry trends, algorithm changes, and SEO tools.

10 Improve local SEO performance, Google My Business optimization, and regional search visibility.

11 Work closely with marketing teams to support overall brand visibility and lead generation.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in SEO management, preferably in the agriculture or B2C domain.

• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

• Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).

• Hands-on experience with WordPress/Shopify or similar CMS platforms.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

• Excellent communication and team-collaboration capabilities.

• Understanding of content marketing, keyword intent, and website architecture.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in agriculture, agri-input, or e-commerce domain.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts.

• Experience in performance marketing or paid campaigns is a plus.
