Search Engine Optimization


Key Responsibilities:


SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for targeted keywords and user experience.

On-Page & Technical SEO

  • Ensure proper site architecture, internal linking, URL optimization, and schema markup.
  • Manage technical SEO aspects including site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, and indexing.
  • Conduct regular site audits and coordinate with developers for fixes and enhancements.

Off-Page SEO & Link Building

  • Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
  • Build relationships with publishers, bloggers, and industry websites for high-quality backlinks.
  • Monitor off-page performance and address toxic/broken links.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
  • Measure ROI and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly.

Collaboration & Content Optimization

  • Work closely with content, social media, and paid marketing teams to ensure an integrated approach.
  • Provide SEO guidelines for new content development and digital campaigns.
  • Conduct training and awareness sessions for internal teams on SEO best practices.


Key Skills & Competencies:


  • Strong expertise in

    on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

  • Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic website CMS (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to algorithm changes and deliver consistent results


Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field
  • Certification in SEO/Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, SEMrush Academy) preferred
