About the Role We’re looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer who can work across backend and frontend, with Laravel as the backbone and React.js powering the user experience. Node.js exposure is a big plus, especially for real-time or event-driven applications. You’ll be building scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications from concept to deployment. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Laravel (backend) and React.js (frontend). Build and consume RESTful APIs; experience with GraphQL is a bonus. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Implement authentication, role-based access, and security best practices. Work with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features. Use Node.js for add-on services like microservices, real-time notifications, chat, or background tasks. Manage code with Git and participate in code reviews. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar) with CI/CD pipelines. Requirements 1+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer. Strong expertise in Laravel (PHP framework). Solid experience with React.js (including state management libraries like Redux or Context API). Working knowledge of Node.js (Express.js, Socket.io, or similar frameworks). Proficiency with databases: MySQL/PostgreSQL (must), MongoDB (preferred). Understanding of REST APIs, authentication (JWT, OAuth), and web security. Experience with Git and modern development workflows (branches, PRs, CI/CD). Familiarity with Docker and cloud hosting environments is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team. Nice to Have Experience with Next.js or Vue.js (secondary frameworks). Knowledge of testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Jest, Mocha). Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
