We are looking for an SEO/SEM expert to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities.

You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing in order to maximize ROI.

• Regularly perform thorough keywords research
• Research keyword trends
•  Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
• Identify problems and deficiencies and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization
• Work with web developers and marketing teams to properly implement SEO best practices
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO, AEO,GEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
• Analyze the website and define a strategy to improve the website's organic traffic
• Brainstorms for new SEO tactics and analyses search algorithms to create new and creative growth strategies
• Manually finding out SEO technical issues that are not triggered by SEO tools
• Provides various recommendations to improve the website structure, design, content, interlinking, and other factors to improve SEO score and user experience
• Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals
• Track, report, and analyze websites.
• Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
• Builds authoritative link-building strategies to enhance the backlink profile of the website

Requirements and skills

• Knowledge of HTML, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console & Other SEO Tools
• Proven SEO experience
• Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
