Based in CBD Belapur, Mumbai, STATTimes is an emerging media, marketing, and communications company led by a committed leadership team dedicated to building innovative communication solutions, strategic content frameworks, and media-led engagement for modern brands.Who we are looking for?We are looking for a data-driven and growth-oriented Digital Marketing professional with strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Performance Marketing, and Content Strategy, preferably with experience in news media, online publications, or event-based businesses.The ideal candidate should understand audience behavior, traffic trends, and be able to scale organic and paid performance across platforms.1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):-Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend study.Optimize website structure, content, metadata, and internal linking.Track and improve keyword rankings, site visibility, and SERP features.Work with editorial teams to implement SEO best practicesfor news articles, blogs, and event pages.• Manage technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexing, site speed, schema markup).2. Performance Marketing:-• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.Manage campaign budgets, pacing, A/B testing, and landing page optimization.Deliver growth-focused ROI through CPL, CPC, CTA, and conversion-driven strategies.• Monitor campaign analytics and implement data-backed decisions.3. Digital Marketing & Growth:-Create and implement holistic marketing strategies to drive website traffic, lead generation, and brand visibility.Manage social media strategies for engagement, followergrowth, and campaign execution.Collaborate with content, editorial, and design teams to ensure brand consistency.• Execute email marketing, remarketing, and drip campaigns for event promotions.4. Analytics & Reporting:- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, etc.Track KPIs: Organic traffic, CTR, CPA, Conversion rate, Engagement metrics.Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports with insights and action plans.Recommend strategic improvements based on analytical data.

Required Skills & Competencies

* Proven experience (2-5 years) in SEO, SEM, Performance Marketing, and Digital Growth. * Experience working in News Media, Digital Publishing, or Event Management industries. * Strong understanding of news SEO (Top Stories, Discover, trending keywords, Google News). * Expertise in running paid campaigns and performance optimization. * Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data. * Good communication and collaboration skills.* Creative mindset with a problem-solving approach.

Prefered Qualification
