Role Description – Senior SEO Analyst (6+ Years Experience)

Senior Search Engine Optimization Analyst

You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing end-to-end SEO strategies that improve search visibility, organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions. You will collaborate closely with the content, development, and marketing teams to ensure website performance aligns with search engine standards and industry best practices.

On-Page SEO

• Complete mastery of metadata optimization, schema markup, content structuring, internal linking, and keyword placement
• Conduct detailed site audits to identify ranking issues and fix them with precision
• Improve Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing, and content quality

Off-Page SEO

• Develop result-driven link-building strategies using white-hat practices
• Execute outreach campaigns, guest posting, digital PR, and authority-building activities
• Analyze backlink profiles and disavow harmful links

Technical SEO

• Work with developers to optimize site performance, page speed, sitemap health, robots.txt, canonicalization, and structured data
• Ensure the website maintains strong search hygiene and complies with Google’s evolving algorithms

Analytics & Strategy

• Use advanced analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and optimize growth channels
• Conduct competitor research, market analysis, and generate actionable SEO insights
• Prepare performance reports and guide leadership with data-driven SEO recommendations

• 6+ years of hands-on experience

  in SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical)
• Strong command over

  Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, Moz, GTmetrix, PageSpeed Insights, and other standard SEO tools

• Expertise in keyword clustering, content strategy, link profiling, and technical audits

• Excellent understanding of E-E-A-T, Core Web Vitals, and Google ranking factors

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex SEO challenges

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field
