Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SEO & Google My Business Specialist with strong

expertise in Hyperlocal SEO, Google Maps ranking, SERP ranking improvements, and

Local lead generation. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of improving

local search visibility, GMB optimization, and generating high-intent leads using strategic

SEO practices.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and optimize Google My Business (GMB) listings across multiple

locations.

● Improve local ranking for high-intent keywords and near me searches.

● Develop and execute hyperlocal SEO strategies to increase visibility and calls.

● Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization.

● Improve rankings on SERP & Google Maps with measurable results.

● Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and gap analysis.

● Monitoring and reporting of GMB insights, analytics, impressions, and lead growth.

● Implement NAP consistency, local citation building, schema optimization.

● Handle review management strategy and generate customer reviews.

● Create and optimize SEO content for location pages, blogs & service pages.

● Track and report weekly/monthly performance with improvement plans.

Required Skills & Experience

● 3+ years of proven experience in Local SEO & GMB optimization.

● Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and GMB

dashboard.

● Experience with hyperlocal ranking strategies.

● Knowledge of AI search / AI answers ranking (preferred).

● Experience improving rankings to Top 3 for local competitive keywords.

● Familiar with SEO tools: Ahrefs / SEMrush / Moz / BrightLocal / Similar.

● Understanding of CTR optimization and lead conversion tracking.

● Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience working with multi-location businesses.

● Strong content writing & auditing skills.

● Ability to manage 50+ location dashboards and insights.
