To increase sales within an assigned geographical area and guide a team of Business Development Officers. The Senior KAM responsibilities include managing Key Accounts, adding new accounts, evaluating the performance of the sales team, and preparing concise sales reports. Should demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills at all times


Job Responsibilities

Maintaining and increasing listing services across vendors in the wedding 

space through a team of Business Development Officers 

Reaching the targets and goals set

Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base 

Servicing the needs of your existing customers 

Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market • 

Setting sales targets for Business Development Officers 

Recruiting and training sales staff

Allocating areas to Business Development Officers 

Developing sales strategies and setting targets 

Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets · Compiling and analysing sales figures 

Managing some major accounts individually 

.Collecting customer feedback and market research 

Keeping up to date with products and competitors

Qualification - Graduate / Post Graduate 

Language Proficiency - Malayalam, Tamil, English Experience: 8+ Years
