As a School Outreach Executive at EaseToLearn, you will play a crucial role in leading B2B partnerships within the education sector. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and engaging schools, colleges, coaching centers, and training institutes for potential partnerships. - Executing outreach campaigns and strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. - Building trusted relationships with decision-makers such as principals, academic heads, and management. - Delivering impactful demos and pitches tailored to client needs, highlighting the value of EaseToLearn solutions. - Leading negotiations and finalizing agreements, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term success. - Staying updated on education trends and client feedback to refine outreach strategies. - Working closely with marketing and product teams to align on lead generation and customer needs. - Maintaining accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in the CRM. Providing regular reports on pipeline status and key metrics. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree required. MBA or equivalent preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales and EdTech are welcome. - 05 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or the education sector. - Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to present professionally to school authorities and senior stakeholders. - Exposure to the K-12, test prep, or higher education markets is a plus. - Proven negotiation and deal-closing ability. - High initiative, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Able to work independently while collaborating across departments. - Willing to travel for client meetings, demos, and education industry events as needed.
