Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent projects from inception through delivery and into ongoing support phases. The ideal candidate brings a versatile skill set that enables them to adapt to various project types, stakeholder needs, and team dynamics. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage projects from ideation through completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standardsDevelop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestonesCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsManage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reportsEstablish and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levelsConduct project post-mortems and create recommendations for process improvementsProactively identify and resolve issues and risks that may impact project deliveryMentor and provide guidance to project team membersFacilitate productive meetings and ensure clear communication across all project stakeholdersManage project budgets and track expenditures/costs against delivered outcomesImplement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputsEvaluate and assess the results of the project Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or related field5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projectsStrong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid approaches)PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferredProficient with project management software tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar)Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environmentAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent documentation skillsExperience with risk management and quality assurance Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Experience with project management and collaboration toolsKnowledge of budgeting and resource allocation proceduresFamiliarity with data analysis and performance metrics Soft Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesExceptional organizational and time management skillsAdaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and problem-solving orientationNegotiation and conflict resolution skillsStakeholder management and relationship building Why Join Softobiz?
