7 to 12 years of SAP ECC and S/4 HANA experience in implementation, support and rollout projects. Here's how you'll contribute:
A Vistex Rebate Management role focuses on managing and optimizing rebate programs using the Vistex solution within SAP. This involves tasks like designing rebate agreements, tracking performance, calculating payments, and ensuring compliance with business rules. It requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Vistex and SAP, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating and configuring rebate agreements, including various plans (tiered, volume-based, etc.) within the Vistex system.
Implement and configure Vistex modules, including Chargeback, Billback, and Customer Rebates, to meet the specific needs of our business and rebate management requirements.
Overseeing the entire process from agreement setup to payment calculation and settlement.
Support the end-to-end rebate process, including rebate agreement setup, claims processing, accruals, settlements, and validation of rebate claims.
Tracking and analyzing rebate program performance to identify areas for optimization and improvement. Monitor rebate performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of rebate programs and identify areas for improvement.
Conducting regular data audits to maintain accuracy and compliance with rebate agreements.
Working with business users, IT teams, and other relevant parties to understand requirements and implement solutions.
Participating in system upgrades, enhancements, and testing related to the Vistex Rebate Management module.
Analyse and troubleshoot rebate-related issues and discrepancies, providing timely resolutions and continuous process improvements.
Offering support to users and providing training on Vistex functionalities.
Required Skills and Experience:
Deep understanding of Vistex modules related to Rebate Management, Chargebacks, and potentially Sales Incentives and Commissions Management.
Strong knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module, particularly in pricing concepts.
Ability to analyze complex rebate data, identify trends, and develop solutions.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and IT, to gather rebate-related requirements and translate them into effective Vistex solutions.
Experience in configuring and implementing Vistex functionalities related to rebates.
Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field like Business, Finance, or IT.
