SAP SD Consultant


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis, design, configuration, and testing of SAP SD modules aligned with business requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end SAP SD implementation projects including requirement gathering, blueprinting, customization, and deployment.
  • Provide expert guidance on sales order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI, and PP modules for seamless integration.
  • Develop and maintain functional documentation including process flows, test scripts, and user manuals.
  • Support data migration, system upgrades, and enhancements related to SAP SD.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD related issues during production support and post-go-live phases.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support to business users.
  • Stay updated with SAP best practices, new features, and industry trends.
  • Work in Agile/Scrum environments ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of SAP SD module experience in implementation and support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of sales order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
  • Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA Sales and Distribution is preferred.
  • Proficiency in configuring sales document types, item categories, output determination, and pricing procedures.
  • Solid understanding of SAP integration points with MM, FI, and PP modules.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration, testing, and cutover activities.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • SAP SD certification is highly desirable.
