is seeking an experienced
SAP Record to Report (RTR) Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Access databases
to support financial reporting, reconciliation, and data management activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP Finance modules and be capable of designing, maintaining, and optimizing Access-based reporting solutions that integrate with SAP systems.n
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) processes including General Ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Access databases for financial data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Extract, transform, and validate data from SAP (FI/CO) into Access databases for business reporting and audit support.
- Develop queries, forms, macros, and reports in MS Access to support finance and accounting teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities, including variance analysis and reconciliations.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies between SAP and Access-based reports.
- Work closely with IT, finance, and audit teams to enhance reporting automation and efficiency.

n Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in SAP RTR / SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting).
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Access (queries, forms, reports, VBA preferred).
- Solid understanding of financial accounting processes and month-end close cycles.
- Experience in data extraction, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

n Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in shared services or global finance environments.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
- Exposure to audit, compliance, or SOX-related activities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
