SAP HCM Consultant

Job Summary:

SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Implementation Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the full lifecycle implementation of SAP HCM solutions including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP HCM solutions.
• Configure SAP HCM modules such as:
• Organizational Management (OM)
• Personnel Administration (PA)
• Time Management (TM)
• Payroll (PY)
• Employee Self-Service (ESS) / Manager Self-Service (MSS)
• Benefits and Compensation Management
• Integrate SAP HCM with other modules and third-party applications as needed.
• Perform data migration and cleansing activities, including LSMW and BAPIs.
• Develop test scripts and lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Provide end-user training and create training documentation.
• Deliver post-implementation support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Stay up to date on SAP HCM innovations, patches, and upgrades.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM implementations or support.
• Deep functional knowledge of core SAP HCM modules.
• Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP HCM implementation.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Preferred:

• SAP HCM certification(s)
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration or migration
• Experience in global/multi-country SAP Payroll implementations
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori or SAP HANA platforms
