SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant

Location:

Mumbai, IndiaExperience : 6 - 12 years

About The Role

We are looking for a

Senior SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant

with

8+ years of experience

in SAP HCM modules and SAP SuccessFactors. The candidate should have hands-on experience with large-scale payroll, time management, HR process integration, and SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support SAP HCM modules including Organizational Management (OM/PA), Time Management, and Payroll for 15,000+ users.
Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions integrated with SAP HCM.
Perform integration with SAP FI, EY systems, and SuccessFactors for seamless payroll and HR processes.
Provide functional solutions aligned with SAP best practices to meet business needs.
Prepare detailed documentation of solutions and testing outcomes.
Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of HCM and SF modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, optimize processes, and ensure compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of SAP HCM experience (PA, OM, Time, Payroll).
8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
Strong experience in Payroll and Time Management (mandatory).
Hands-on experience with integration between SAP HCM, SAP FI, EY systems, and SF.
Proven ability to provide solutions adhering to SAP standard best practices.
Excellent documentation, testing, and problem-solving skills.
Functional Analyst experience: 7–10 years; SAP experience: 7–10 years.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP HCM Certification or SuccessFactors Certification is an advantage.
Exposure to large-scale SAP HR environments.
