Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and support

    Work Schedules / Shift Rosters

  • Define and manage

    Time Constraints

    for attendance and absence types
  • Handle

    Absence/Attendance Management

    for paid and unpaid leave scenarios
  • Perform

    Absence Valuation and Time Evaluation

    processes
  • Create and maintain

    Time Schemas / PCRs

    for various business scenarios
  • Work on

    CATS (Cross Application Time Sheet)

    configuration and enhancements
  • Manage

    Overtime and Shift Allowance

    scenarios
  • Integrate

    Time Interfaces (Clock-in/out, Biometric systems)

  • Support

    Time and Payroll Integration

    and cross-functional modules (

    PS/MM/PP

    )
  • Manage

    Personnel Administration (PA)

    – hiring, transfers, promotions, separations
  • Handle

    Organizational Management (OM)

    – structure, positions, jobs, reporting lines
  • Configure and manage

    Payroll processes

    – wage types, deductions, payroll runs
  • Implement

    Employee Self-Service (ESS)

    and

    Manager Self-Service (MSS)

    functionalities


Mandatory Skills

SAP HCM Consultant
