Job Summary

we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Practitioner with strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll to develop, execute, and continuously improve HR strategies and services across the employee lifecycle. The role requires independent ownership, subject matter expertise, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure HR initiatives align with organizational goals while delivering a positive employee experience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP HCM Payroll operations and related HR processes.
• Independently manage HR initiatives across one or more phases of the employee lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business and leadership teams to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
• Address employee queries related to payroll, policies, and HR procedures in a timely and professional manner.
• Actively participate in team discussions and contribute meaningful insights and solutions.
• Analyze HR metrics and payroll data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and present HR reports with actionable insights for management.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and compliance awareness.
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR processes, systems, and service delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills
Must-Have Skills

• Strong proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll (minimum 3 years of hands-on experience).
• In-depth understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and generate insightful reports.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and payroll regulations.
