SAP HCM Consultant

As an experienced SAP HCM Consultant specializing in customized business process requirements, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Defined Work Schedule/Shift Roster - Time constraints - Managing Absence/Attendance for paid and unpaid situations - Absence Valuation Process - Time Evaluation and benefits management - Time Schema/PCR scenarios - CATS experience - Handling Overtime/Shift scenarios - Experience in Time interface such as Time machine (clock in/out) In addition to the key responsibilities, you will be responsible for Personnel Administration (PA) tasks which include managing employee data related to hiring, promotions, transfers, and terminations. You will also handle Organizational Management (OM) responsibilities by structuring and maintaining the organizational hierarchy with positions, jobs, and reporting relationships. Furthermore, you will implement and support Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) functionalities for employees and managers.
