POSITION DETAILS

Job Title : Business Consultant-SAP

Job Grade : P4

Level : Functional

Reports To/Line Manager : Head of Technology

Location: Hyderabad Hitech city

Project : Need to onsite at office 5 days a week.

Time: work in India Timezone

Purpose of Role:

To provide specialized SAP expertise in the HCM ensuring that SILs business processes are effectively supported, optimized, and aligned with organizational objectives. The role involves system configuration, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of SAP modules.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze business processes and requirements and translate them into SAP system solutions within the ii. Configure, test, and implement SAP modules related to the specialization (e.g., FI/CO, HCM, MM, Basis/Technical).
Provide day-to-day SAP support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.Participate in SAP upgrade, migration, and integration projects.Work with end-users to deliver training and ensure effective adoption of SAP functionalities.Prepare documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system alignment with business needs.Ensure SAP system compliance with SILs policies, standards, and security guidelines.Monitor system performance and recommend process or system improvements.Carry out any other related duties as required for the proper fulfillment of the role.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Professional SAP certification in the HCM is preferred.Proven experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support.Experience in project participation (upgrades, migrations, integrations) will be an advantage
