SAP HCM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, and ESS/MSS.
• Work with business users to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend system improvements.
• Perform end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM features and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP HCM Consultant.
• Strong functional expertise in

  PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll

  (knowledge of SuccessFactors is a plus).
• Experience in at least

  2 end-to-end SAP HCM implementations

  .
• Good understanding of SAP HCM integrations with other SAP modules (FI, MM, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to

  SAP SuccessFactors

  modules (EC, LMS, PMGM, etc.).
• Knowledge of local statutory compliance and payroll processes.
• Experience with HR reporting tools (SAP Query, Ad-Hoc Reporting).

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field.
• SAP HCM certification preferred.
