Job Description

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
  • Configure and implement SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), and Benefits.
  • Work closely with HR stakeholders to optimize and enhance current processes and systems.
  • Provide functional support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM issues.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration and data consistency.
  • Prepare documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Lead or support testing, training, and change management activities.
  • Stay updated on SAP HCM innovations and best practices to recommend improvements.


Role Requirements -

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in SAP HCM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, TM, PY, etc.).
  • Experience in end-to-end implementations and system upgrades.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors and SAP Fiori is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
