Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP HCM Consultant, located in Panaji. The SAP HCM Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, implementing and configuring SAP HCM modules, providing ongoing support to HR departments, and addressing employee benefits concerns. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Human Resources (HR)
• Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits and Human Capital practices
• Consulting skills, with the ability to advise clients on customized solutions
• Proficiency in configuring and implementing SAP HCM modules
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Panaji
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant SAP certifications are a plus
